THE FALLS AT SHERIDAN

Community History

  Construction of the first homes in "The Falls" began in 1996.  Phase 1 was quickly sold out and Phase 2 (the lower segment, below) was opened to sales shortly thereafter.  This beautiful community was appealing due to not only its own esthetics but also for its proximity to major medical facilities, schools, shopping centers and local highways.

   Community pride has ensured that the common grounds are well maintained and that the valuation of homes continue to be amongst the top of comparable homes in the area.
