THE ASSOCIATION MANAGED?

The community is governed by an elected board of directors who operate based on the by-laws and covenants approved by Florida's Secretary of State.

A: The Board meets on the first Tuesday each month at 7 PM in the
Wesley United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall. The church is located

IS THERE AN ANNUAL MEETING FOR ELECTIONS?
A: Yes. Annual meetings are held on the first Tuesday of February at
a time and place announced at least a month in advance. The annual session
replaces the normal February monthly session.
